RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
2. Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@unaily.com. Do not discard the damaged product or the packaging.
3. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return due to damage or receiving the wrong item, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Unused: The item should be unused and include all tool kit items.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Process for Damages and Issues
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@unaily.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include your receipt and the RAN in the package.
- Inspection and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it is accepted or declined. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
5. Exchanges
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not provide exchanges for change of mind or different styles/sizes. If the exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect item.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy for damages and issues applies. However, please note the following:
