RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Unaily, your satisfaction with our handcrafted wearable art is our highest priority. We stand by the quality and artistry of every piece we create. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process for returns and exchanges.


Our Policy on Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

  • No Returns/Exchanges for Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing:
    We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or if you wish to request a different style or size after your order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to review your order and our Size Guide carefully before making a purchase.

  • Exchanges (for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only):
    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please see the "Damages and Issues" section below for the process.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at hello@unaily.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and photos of the item's condition. Do not discard the product or its original packaging. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.


Return Process & Eligibility (for Damaged or Incorrect Items)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused: It must be completely unused, with all original tool kit items included.

  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Contact: You must first contact us at hello@unaily.com to initiate the return process. Please note: We DO NOT accept items returned to us without prior contact and approval.

  2. Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: For domestic returns of damaged/incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. For international returns, customers are initially responsible for return shipping costs, which may be reimbursed upon inspection and approval. Please discuss this with our team when you initiate the return.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your approved return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Unclaimed / Returned Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address and to collect their parcel from the post office if required.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping fee.

We will contact the customer upon receiving the returned parcel. We will hold unclaimed parcels for a period of 90 days (3 months). If we do not receive a response or payment for redelivery within this period, the order will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.
