DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: Available for $8 AUD, on all orders within Australia. Expect your order to arrive within 2 – 8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: In a rush? Opt for Express Shipping at a flat rate of $12 AUD for delivery within 1 – 4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Unaily partners with Australia Post to offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard estimated Delivery: Typically 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your location.
  • Express international: Expect delivery within 3 - 6 business days.
  • Customs and Duties: Please note, Unaily customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM AWST or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
  • Unaily cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses due to carrier limitations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Unaily is NOT responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • Unaily is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
